The high-precision turning center of the box way series has a strong rigid structure and can resist thermal shock. the whole series are available for various types of spindle, turretand tailstock configurations, and provide high-precision options.

TC-SERIES

TC series is high precision box way turning center with strong rigid structure and thermal shock resistant design, developed for high precision processing. The whole series can be selected from a variety of spindle, turret and tailstock configurations and offers high precision peripheral options.

C3 grade ball guide screw after heat tretment and precision grinding ensures excellent accuracy and durability.

The main machine components are integrated into strong foundation. The low center of gravity bed and 30 degree positive inclined bed design provide a stable base for the machine head, turret and tailstock.

All the contact surfaces between the sliding spindle table, turret and ball guide screw structure and the base are manually spaded, which has achieved the maximum assmbly accuracy, structural rigidity and balanced load.
