Linear guide way series has a strong rigid structure and can resist thermal shock design.
The whole series combine power, strengh, speed and various types of spindle, turret and tailstock configurations, and provide high-precision peripheral options.
TZ-500/750 SERIES
30° slant-bed design provides smooth chip disposal and easier operator access.
C axis, Y axis and sub spindle combined machines are for option, with turining, milling, drilling tasks at one single machine to meet high machining needs.
C3 grade ball guide screw after heat tretment and precision grinding ensures excellent accuracy and durability.
The main machine components are integrated into strong foundation. The low center of gravity bed and 30 degree positive inclined bed design provide a stable base for the machine head, turret and tailstock.
All the contact surfaces between the sliding spindle table, turret and ball guide screw structure and the base are manually spaded, which has achieved the maximum assmbly accuracy, structural rigidity and balanced load.
